2. Data we collect

We do not collect personal data. Bituei has no servers of its own, does not require registration, and does not send your information over the internet. We do not use analytics, advertising tracking, or behavioral monitoring tools.

3. Data stored on your device

All information you create in the app — habits, daily records, settings, and preferences — is saved locally on your phone or tablet. This data belongs to you and remains under your control.

If you uninstall the app or delete app data in your system settings, that information will be removed from the device. We cannot recover it, as we do not keep copies on servers.

4. Notifications

The Pro plan offers daily reminders to log your habits. Notifications are generated locally by the app and depend on the permission you grant in your operating system settings. You can enable or disable these notifications at any time.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Bituei offers a paid Pro plan with features such as unlimited habits and daily reminders. Purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you downloaded the app.

We do not receive, store, or process payment data (such as card numbers or banking information). Apple and Google handle that data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Third-party services

The app may rely on app store services (Apple and Google) for distribution, updates, and subscription management. These services have independent privacy policies that we do not control.

7. Children and teenagers

Bituei does not collect data from any user, including minors. The app may be used by people of any age, provided this complies with app store terms and, where applicable, with parental or guardian consent.

8. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Because we do not collect or store data outside your device, these rights apply entirely to the app's local data, which you can manage or delete directly on your device.

9. Security

Because data remains on your device, security depends on your operating system protections (such as passcode lock, biometrics, or device encryption). We recommend keeping your device updated and protected.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
