1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bituei, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Bituei is a habit-tracking app that lets you create habits, log daily progress, and track consistency over time. The app works offline and stores all data on your device.

3. Plans and features

Bituei offers two usage tiers:

• Free plan: access to basic habit-tracking features, with a limit on the number of habits you can create.
• Pro plan (paid): includes unlimited habits and daily notification reminders to log your habits.

Features available in each plan may be changed by the developer, as long as active subscribers are not adversely affected during the period already paid for.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Pro plan subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. By subscribing, you also agree to the terms and policies of the respective store.

Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment management must be done directly in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

When using Bituei, you agree to:

• use the app only for personal and lawful purposes;
• not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app's operation;
• not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Privacy and data

We do not collect personal data. All information you create in the app remains on your device. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Bituei, including its name, visual identity, code, and content, is owned by artenes.dev and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Bituei is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. The app is a personal organization tool and does not replace professional health, wellness, or other guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, artenes.dev will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Bituei, including loss of data stored locally on the device.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue app features at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Bituei at any time by uninstalling the app and, if applicable, canceling your subscription in the app store. We may suspend or terminate access to the app in case of a violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the user's place of residence, as provided under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.
